Our services are intended for parents, guardians, or educational institutions seeking financial literacy education for children and teenagers. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.
Services Offered
NeuroMech provides educational programmes focused on financial literacy for children and teenagers. Services include:
- Group workshops and programmes
- One-to-one coaching sessions
- Family workshops
- School and organization programmes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment Process
To enroll in our programmes, you must:
- Complete the enrollment form with accurate information
- Select an appropriate programme for the participant
- Provide consent for the child's participation
- Pay the programme fees
Fees and Payment
All fees are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and must be paid in full before the programme begins, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid for.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by You
- More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus administrative fee (£25)
- 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund
- After programme begins: Pro-rata refund for remaining sessions, less administrative costs
Cancellation by NeuroMech
We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.
Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes. Missed sessions cannot be refunded, but we will provide recap materials where possible. Participants are expected to:
- Arrive on time for sessions
- Participate respectfully and constructively
- Complete any assigned activities
- Respect instructors and other participants
Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Behavior that disrupts sessions or shows disrespect to others will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate our code of conduct without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services, including materials, presentations, and resources, is the intellectual property of NeuroMech and protected by copyright laws. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works from our materials
Materials provided to participants are for personal educational use only.
